Midweek Meditation is an invitation to come together for a 20-minute practice to start our day in a space to move, to breathe, and to meditate in community. Giving ourselves a moment and a way to pause, recenter, and recalibrate. All are welcome! Whether you’ve ever meditated or not!
Wednesdays, January 17th – March 13th
7 – 7:20 am Mountain Time
What to expect:
- An opening intention/invitation
- Movement/asana with minimal cues to open up and prepare our bodies to sit
- 7 – 10 minutes in meditation
- Closing and re-emergence into the day
Please have any props to assist you in your movement practice and to sit comfortably (ie: blanket/s, block/s, cushion, chair…)
