This practice is offered with the intention of cultivating connection and grounding into your deep, center of self as a place to root and regulate if things are feeling chaotic or unsettled around and/or within you. Nothing fancy. Making shapes and taking time to connect and move with our body, breath, mind, and heart. Preparing ourselves for a seated meditation, holding hrdaya mudra.
