20-minute flow to get moving + build some heat

20 minutes, mixed levels. Moving with our breath, connecting to our core, and building heat to get our energy up! I consider this class mixed level, as modifications and options are offered as we move through the practice. However, I don’t give a whole lot of cues or instruction as we move through the sequence. Also we spend quite a bit of time weight bearing on our hands and wrists in down dogs, planks, and side plank variations. Snack is with us for the whole class. And Pondo makes a cameo as we settle in at the beginning.
